在機(jī)場(chǎng)迎接*次見面的客戶時(shí).可以手舉寫有客戶姓名和公司名稱的牌子;如果沒有把握對(duì)方是否就是你要接的對(duì)象,可以禮貌的方式詢問對(duì)方以確認(rèn)身份,以免出錯(cuò)。例如:
Excuse me. but are you Mr. Smith from Britain?
Excuse me. but aren't you Ms. Beaver from American Express?
客人遠(yuǎn)道而來(lái),可能會(huì)有許多不便之處.作為東道主.應(yīng)主動(dòng)詢問客人的需求,適時(shí)地提供幫助。但不要搶著替客人拿行李.因?yàn)檫@種二助人為樂”的做法不符合西方人的習(xí)慣.若要幫客人拿行李,一般應(yīng)先征得客人的同意。你可以問:
May I help you with your luggage?
Would you like me to take the luggage for you?
主動(dòng)提供幫助時(shí).可以說:
If you need any help. don't hesitate to ask me.

a.對(duì)不起,您是英國(guó)來(lái)的Alexandra小姐嗎?
b.對(duì)不起,您是微軟公司的史密斯先生嗎?
2)I am Wang Lan,the secretary of Qingdao Textiles Import&Export Corporation.
a.我是張山. Exxon公司的售后服務(wù)(after-sales)部經(jīng)理。
b.我是李明,蘭州食品公司的采購(gòu)部經(jīng)理。
3) It is very kind of you to come and meet me at the airport. Miss Wang.
a.非常感謝您幫我拿行李。
b.非常感謝您幫我叫了一部出租車。
